Explore Ulsan with 4 Buses from UNIST

During the project period, I recorded landscapes out of the bus with my camera every time I got on the bus to get REAL information.

 

 

I started this project by capturing over 50 images from 'The NAVER map' manually

 

 

After finishing the line, I marked some major regions on the whole map.

 

 

I printed a quick and dirty prototype and put it in the design students' lounge to ask " What is your favorite place in Ulsan?"
Over 30 people gave a reply to this small survey.

 

 

I added some cool facts about Ulsan Bus and festival information in Ulsan after research.

 

 

I drew draft lines and circles which are simplified from the real route. I expressed each 4 bus by 4 each different color which is usually used in Ulsan bus usually.

 

 

Because there is no reference icon for our Bus, I made my own icon by photographing it directly.

 

 

I chose rainbowish colors to express 'map' components like rivers, land, etc.

 

 

I shared this with the student council and student support team at UNIST, and they liked it.

 

 

I put my work on the bus stop at my school with indication below, and some international students told me thanks for the work.
